[Hiring] Fractional Sales Head @Marketscope

Role Description

This is a highly rewarding and dynamic Sales role. The Sales Leader will achieve targets and quotas using a mix of traditional and innovative sales approaches, in order to:

• Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships of trust, to anticipate and serve the growing needs of customers.
• Set ambitious sales targets based on the size and growth of the US market, and achieve them.
• Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders - decision makers and influencers - in the legal industry.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders - operations, marketing, finance - to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, and increased revenue from existing customers.
• Manage the end-to-end Sales funnel, i.e., healthy pipeline, lead qualification, and large deal closures.
• Monitor sales performance vs metrics, analyze data, and manage the financial aspects of Sales.
• Act as a role model of company vision and values, to build and inspire a world-class sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A degree or background in law or legal services is a plus.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets within the legal industry, in legal process outsourcing or related services.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
