[Hiring] Founding SDR @Redcar

Role Description

Are you a high-energy competitor who is tired of selling bloated software for a slow-moving giant? Do you want to be a founding team member at a venture-backed AI startup?

As our Founding SDR , you are the tip of the spear. You won't just execute a sequence; you will help build the GTM playbook. You will spend your days hunting in the "physical world" economy, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to book 5-6 figure deals. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who wants to fast-track their way to Account Executive or Sales Leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses
• Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the "boring" parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis
• Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification
• Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc.
• Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus)

Benefits

• OTE: $70,000 - $90,000 / year (base + commission)
