[Hiring] Founding Sales Partner @Orqestrix

Role Description

We're looking for a Founding Sales Partner to help identify and develop opportunities with operations-heavy businesses. This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not spend your days blasting generic sequences or reading scripts. Instead, you'll engage directly with owners, presidents, COOs, general managers, and operations leaders to uncover operational challenges and determine whether Orqestrix can help.

You will have access to our proprietary GTM operating system, including:

• Automated prospect sourcing
• AI-assisted outreach drafting
• Lead scoring
• Opportunity scoring
• CRM integration
• LinkedIn workflow management
• Referral tracking
• Commission tracking
• Sales enablement resources

Your job is to create conversations and identify qualified opportunities.

Requirements
