In this role, youโll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Youโll conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. Youโll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.
Qualifications

Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.

Proven industry experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

At least 18 years old.

Able to pass a criminal background check.

Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
