Role Description

-
Resilience & Mental Toughness: Navigating challenges, staying consistent, and pushing forward are qualities often developed through athletics and can translate into professional growth.
-
Goal-Driven Approach: Setting, tracking, and working toward goals is a core part of both athletics and building a business.
-
Discipline & Time Management: Balancing priorities, staying organized, and maintaining consistency are key habits that can carry over into a flexible, self-managed career path.
-
Competitive Energy: A natural drive to improve and challenge yourself can help create momentum in a performance-based environment.
