You will receive warm leads, structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to create a successful client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently
• Complete customer-focused needs reviews
• Educate clients about insurance options and benefits
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide a professional, supportive experience from first conversation through follow-up

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• A client-centered and people-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative and effective problem-solving ability
• Confidence learning computer functions and remote platforms
• Ability to perform independently and contribute to a team

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
