[Hiring] Final Expense & Life Insurance Agent @Meron Financial Agency

Role Description

Help families plan ahead so they're not left with bills during the hardest time of their lives.

The Work:

• You'll speak with people who requested information about life and final expense coverage, by phone and Zoom.
• You'll explain options clearly and help them choose a plan from 60+ carriers.
• No cold calling.

Training:

• We teach the products, the conversation, and the application process from scratch, with a mentor through your first live calls.

Pay:

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap.
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy.
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Hoover, AL area a plus, but this role is fully remote).
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it).
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week.
