Ready to take your career global? Help us shape the future of digital payments as part of Commerz Globalpay GmbH, the joint venture between Commerzbank and Global Payments. We're looking for a Field Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

• Acquire new B2B customers across your sales region and drive sustainable business growth.
• Qualify and prioritize leads, identify customer potential, and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through successful closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision makers, including C level stakeholders, and independently manage customer visits.
• Develop offers, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Drive achievement of regional sales targets and ensure the full potential of your customer portfolio is realized.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B new business sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry, ideally in cashless or digital payments.
• A degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship, combined with strong business acumen.
• A results driven sales mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent German and English skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Experience managing relationships with senior decision makers and C level stakeholders.
• Experience with tenders, contract negotiations, and developing customer offers.
• Experience in a field based sales role within an international environment.
