Role Description

As a Family Benefits Coordinator you help Canadian families choose the coverage that protects the people they love most. From home. With a team beside you and a mentor above you.

• Meet with families on Zoom and walk them through their options
• Ask the right questions before you make a recommendation
• Complete applications correctly and on time
• Stay in touch with existing clients through the year
• Take part in daily huddles and weekly training

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
• Reliable internet, quiet space, real desire to grow

Requirements

• Uncapped earnings — the more families you help, the more you earn
