Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly motivated appointment setter to help generate listing opportunities for an established real estate business. This is not a customer service role. This is for someone who enjoys speaking to people, uncovering opportunities, overcoming objections, and earning excellent commissions based on performance. If you can consistently turn conversations into appointments and appointments into signed mandates, we want to hear from you.

• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without call limitations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners.
• Identify potential sellers and qualify opportunities.
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• Schedule quality listing appointments for the agent.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telesales, lead generation, and real estate prospecting.
• Fluent and professional telephone communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Proven ability to secure appointments through effective closing techniques.
• Self-disciplined, results-driven, and consistent in daily performance.
• Reliable internet connection and computer access.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily.
