Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in estate agency.
• A proven track record of winning instructions and building a strong pipeline.
• A natural relationship builder who earns customer trust.
• Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Wants greater control over their earnings and career.
• Frustrated by the limitations of traditional estate agency.
• Understands that excellent service and achieving the best result for customers go hand in hand.
• Flexible to work weekends and manage customers when they need you.
• Confidence to influence, negotiate, and advise customers.
