[Hiring] Epic Sales Representative @Worldpackers

Role Description

As an Epic Sales Representative, you'll own the moment of every trip launch: welcoming curious travelers, building genuine connections, and helping them say yes to the adventure. This isn't a customer support role; it's a high-energy, people-first sales role where your communication, creativity, and ability to connect with people you've never met are your greatest strengths.

What you'll do

• During launch week:
  • Bring WhatsApp communities of 50 to 1,000+ potential travelers to life during 5-day live launch campaigns, keeping the energy high and the conversations flowing.
  • Reply personally to every new member who introduces themselves, so each person feels genuinely seen, welcomed, and excited about the trip.
  • Run a structured daily launch sequence (content posts, Q&A, social proof moments, booking announcements, and urgency messaging) across several campaigns at the same time.
  • Spark real conversations between members, turning a group of strangers into a community that wants to travel together.
  • Answer travelers' questions about pricing, inclusions, destinations, payment plans, and logistics, quickly and accurately.
  • Celebrate new bookings in real time, building momentum and social proof inside the group.
  • Share a daily Engagement Rating for every launch day, keeping the Account Executive and the creator up to date on group sentiment, key questions, and signals worth acting on.
  • Take care of group settings, names, and moderation, so every community stays a warm, professional, high-trust space.
• Between launches:
  • Follow up by WhatsApp and email with travelers who showed interest in a trip but didn't book during the launch.
  • Keep every lead in HubSpot up to date, with a clear stage, notes, and next step.
  • Help interested travelers find their way to the next relevant launch or to a trip with open spots.

Qualifications

• Availability from Sunday to Thursday during active launch weeks.
• Outstanding written English: warm, fast, energetic, and human.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work.
• Strong organization and self-direction.
• A genuine love for connecting with people.

Requirements

• Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales.
• Experience managing group chats or online communities at scale.
• Familiarity with the Product Launch Formula (PLF).
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with a CRM, especially HubSpot.

• USD 1,200 per month in base pay.
