Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Producer, you will own the client relationship from the first interaction through to the final signed agreement. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying potential clients
• Nurturing leads
• Guiding clients through the process of finding the right insurance solutions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
• Effectively present and explain insurance policy options, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, tracking leads, appointments, and closing activities.
• Navigate client inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed weekly earning potential targets through successful deal closures.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. With a weekly earning potential ranging from $500 to $3,000 USD, your success is directly tied to your performance. We empower our Sales Producers to achieve substantial financial rewards by effectively managing their sales cycle and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable home internet connection is required.
• Possession of a valid Life and Health Insurance license is mandatory for this role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients across various platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals you may not meet in person.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to work, with a commitment to achieving goals.
