Role Description

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life and Health Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position with inbound leads provided — no cold calling required. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help families secure the protection they need through:

• Term life insurance
• Whole life insurance
• IULs (Indexed Universal Life)
• Health insurance
• Critical illness coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with inbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
• Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, honest, and pressure-free manner
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service
• Consistently follow up with leads and clients to help them make informed decisions
• Work toward personal production goals while contributing to team success

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior insurance experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to help others
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Reliable with access to a computer, internet, and phone
• Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
