• Every lead you're given is warm — someone who already requested information about life insurance coverage through a form, a call, or a direct request.
• Your role is the conversation and the close, not the prospecting.
• This means your energy goes toward actually helping clients rather than toward the exhausting work of generating interest from scratch.

• Full training covers the fundamentals of how life insurance works and how to run a genuine, helpful client conversation.

What You'll Earn:

• Pay is commission-only with no cap: $800 to $1,200 average per sale.
• Based on consistent work:
• $50,000+ part-time in your first year
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in your first year
• Performance-based incentives are available on top of standard commission.
• Pay is issued on a daily/weekly basis.

Requirements

• U.S.-based residency
• Ability to pass a background check
