Role Description

We are hiring an accomplished Enterprise Sales Director – Strategic Accounts to drive new business growth and expand our presence across major U.S. enterprises. The ideal candidate combines technology consulting expertise, strong executive relationships, and the ability to identify business opportunities, lead solutioning discussions, and close strategic deals.

• Develop and execute strategic account penetration and new business development strategies.
• Leverage established executive relationships to engage senior business and technology decision-makers.
• Identify revenue opportunities across AI, cloud, data, digital engineering, automation, and technology transformation.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technology, consulting, and delivery teams to develop innovative enterprise solutions.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline and consistently achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Expand strategic partnerships and establish long-term enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, account management, solutioning, or delivery leadership.
• Proven experience selling or delivering complex technology consulting and professional services to Fortune 500 or large enterprises.
• Strong existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers, preferably across the Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, or New Jersey markets.
• Experience identifying opportunities and driving growth within large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to understand business challenges, lead technology solutioning conversations, and develop compelling proposals.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, data engineering, digital transformation, or software engineering services.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business.
• Strong academic background from a reputable university.

Requirements

• Location: San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, or New Jersey (Preferred).
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 Base Salary + OTE Bonus/Incentives.
