The wage range for this position is $23 to $29 per hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive compensation plan.

You will:

• Work directly with assigned team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Work in a remote/Inside Sales capacity supporting assigned team.
• Generate, upgrade and manage the portfolio of small and medium business or multilocation accounts through outbound calling.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to generate quotes, close transactions and process order information to retain core revenue.
• Present and close sales with existing customers.
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads along with securing appointments for EAE and Product Specialist.
• Overcome plausible objections by positioning program benefits, features and the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with direct client interactions in a sales role.
• 3+ years of Shipping or mailing experience with a successful track record of increased responsibility.
• Rules and regulation pertaining to rental, lease, and renewal contracts/agreements.
• Versed in upselling and cross selling a mix of products/solutions.
• Proven track record of client retention.
• Ability to overcome objections to close the sale.
• Excellent written and verbal (phone) communication.
• High level of comfort initiating outbound sales calls.
• Strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools i.e. Sales Force, etc. to effectively plan and document sales activities, document customer information, campaign management, account development, pipeline adds and forecasting.
