Role Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) EMEA/MENA, you will be responsible for the growth of our enterprise accounts in the region, ensuring all key metrics are delivered. With identified accounts, you will ensure revenue growth, customer success, and long-term customer partnership. In addition, you will provide direction and recommendations to the extended territory team and leadership to increase the region's efficiencies, structure, and strategy, ensuring individual and group success.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through trial, negotiation, closing, and handover.

Consistently achieve and exceed new business targets.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline through self-generated opportunities.

Develop territory strategy and specific account plans, expand install base and acquire net new customers, create and execute demand generation plans within a territory, and be accountable for all aspects of taking down the number as if you genuinely owned SplitMetrics.

Create a strong partnership with BDR, Marketing, Solutions, Product, Customer Success, Leadership and Legal to win strategic accounts.

Leverage internal and external tools to maximize customer information β Maximize success with a world-class SaaS toolkit (access to Gong, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Nav, AppMagic), and provide feedback on products regarding customers' issues and competitive trends.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Maintain strong deal hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.

Take ownership of performance, continuously improve sales skills, and actively seek and apply coaching and feedback.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales roles, with a strong track record in mobile marketing or advertising technology.

A genuine passion for closing the deals with a ruthless focus on a customer.

Proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

A systematic approach in sales (MEDDIC).

Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

A commitment to being an adviser and business development partner for a customer.

A consultative selling mindset - able to challenge customer thinking, uncover underlying business needs, and position solutions based on value and business impact.

Highly accountable, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of the mobile marketing, app growth, and advertising ecosystem, with a genuine curiosity to continuously follow industry trends, market shifts, competitors, and emerging technologies.
