[Hiring] Enrollment Sales Specialist @XSITE CAPITAL INVESTMENT LLC

Role Description

The Enrollment Sales Specialist is a salaried, full-time employee who leads sales for XSITE Academy's education programs. You will own the enrollment process from first conversation through signed agreement, working leads generated by the Academy's marketing, webinars, and community. This role sells directly to customers. It does not involve recruiting other salespeople, and no fees, purchases, or investments are required of the employee.

You will work closely with the marketing team, sharing what you hear from prospects to improve messaging and lead quality. As the Academy grows, the role can expand into building and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage every stage of the enrollment process: discovery, presentation, answering questions, and finalizing agreements.
• Learn each Academy program in depth to recommend the right fit for each prospect or tell them when a program is not a fit.
• Hold thoughtful discovery conversations to understand each prospect's goals and experience.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from webinars, campaigns, and the Academy community.
• Meet regularly with marketing to share observations on messaging, common questions, and lead quality.
• Support live events and webinars and follow up with attendees.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly pipeline, activity, and conversion reports.
• Prepare a monthly forecast and explain variance against results.
• Help build the department's sales processes, reporting, and onboarding materials.
• Complete each enrollment record and hand new members to the program team the same day.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in consultative sales of high-value services, such as education, consulting, financial, or professional services, with documented results.
• Experience working with physicians, executives, business owners, or other professionals.
• Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing.
• A record of owning targets, metrics, and reporting with minimal supervision.
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of CRM, video conferencing, and spreadsheets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Base salary: $35,000 to $50,000 per year, paid as a W-2 employee, plus commission on enrollments.
• Health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
• Equipment needed for the role is provided by the company.
• No fees, training costs, or purchases are required of the employee at any point.
