[Hiring] Enrollment Sales Specialist @Endeavor Schools

Role Description

We’re looking for an Enrollment Contact Center Specialist to join our growing internal call center team. This fully remote role sits at the heart of the family experience, where you’ll work alongside a supportive, collaborative team focused on helping families move confidently through the enrollment journey.

• Handle both outbound and inbound calls with prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry to scheduled tour, from tour to completed visit, and beyond.
• Support post-tour follow-up, registration conversations, and re-engagement campaigns for families who paused or didn’t move forward the first time.
• This role is performance-based and measured against clear monthly conversion goals, while also placing a strong emphasis on the family experience.
• Success comes from listening carefully, answering questions clearly, navigating concerns with empathy, and representing our schools with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or inside sales environment, ideally in education, healthcare, or another service-oriented industry.
• Comfort being measured against conversion metrics and performance KPIs.
• Experience working with CCaaS platforms such as NICE, Talkdesk, Dialpad, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and the ability to move efficiently between tools while on live calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Ability to follow scripts and frameworks while still sounding human and natural.
• Confidence speaking with parents, answering nuanced questions, and representing multiple brands accurately.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A genuine interest in education and helping families make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a call center, inside sales, admissions, or customer-facing role focused on phone-based communication.

Benefits

• Pay Range: USD $21.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
