Role Description

We're looking for a highly motivated End-to-End Sales Officer who combines outstanding communication skills with curiosity, emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and a genuine desire to help people. You'll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships through to closing new business and supporting long-term customer success. You'll work across multiple AI-powered products and services while collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, operations, product, and leadership teams. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for opportunities—they create them.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline records.
• Confidence conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• A stable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Requirements

• Highly regarded experience includes selling SaaS, AI, technology, healthcare, education, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or complex B2B solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar.
• Experience managing longer consultative sales cycles.
• International sales experience across English-speaking markets.
