Covering the Tristate Territory for the Hematology Division - NY/NJ/CT

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the BeOne Division Sales Manager will:

• Develop strategic & tactical plans and execute those plans to exceed sales goals.
• Be responsible for the strategy and sales for the division, including hiring, resource planning and allocation, and overall performance management of their sales team.
• Lead a team of Hematology Sales Representatives.
• Focus on collaboration with the Targeted Accounts Team & Solid Tumor Franchise.
• Rely heavily on the BeOne global competencies of fostering teamwork, entrepreneurial mindset, and driving results.

Qualifications

• B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales management experience preferred.
• 10 plus years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant Hematology experience.
• Proven track record of success in a management role.
• Experience in specialty sales, with an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes.
• Broad cross-functional experience in other commercial roles, such as marketing, sales operations, training, national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, etc.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales.
• Ability to actively engage in developing new business.
• Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.
• Dedicated to making customer service a priority.
• Self-starting, self-managing independent work style.
• Adept in building trusted advisor relationships.

Requirements

• Recruit, hire, and retain Hematology Sales Representatives.
• Responsible for selecting and leading Hematology Sales Representatives.
• Lead as a content expert in the Hematology & Oncology marketplace.
• Develop a culture of continuous learning & development.
• Support the Commercial Team with learning programs that are competency building for the long-term development of employees.
• Challenge the status quo with training sessions that support the team in clear communication, advanced analytics, and customer service.
• Develop authentic relationships with openness, vulnerability, and trust.
• Experience in leading teams in a matrix environment with strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solutions-oriented leader who can lead through change, assumes positive intent, and inspires & motivates the team.

Education Required

• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred

• 10 years Hematology & Oncology Experience
• Master’s in OD, ORGL or MBA

Computer Skills

• Highly skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Expertise in conducting Crucial Conversations and providing the Hematology Sales Representatives with the tools for talking when stakes are high, emotions run strong, and opinions vary.

Salary Range

$198,100.00 - $258,100.00 annually
