Role Description
For our New Business and Service organization in Germany, we are searching for a Director Sales Intralogistics - Germany (m/f/d). Your head office is Neuburg a.d. Kammel. You can work remote in this role, while living in Germany. It is necessary that there is fluency in German and English.

Responsible for the management of the entire lead of sales activities in a dynamic and growing technology-driven organization.

Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement business plans that align with broader organizational goals and corporate strategy.

Strong focus on sales performance, KPI achievements, and operative sales success.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, also being part of the local Management Team and understand communication and reporting within a Matrix organization.

Leading and developing directly 6 managers and a team of more than 40 to increase employee performance and satisfaction.

Develop measures and methods within your organization in order to achieve the sales targets and contribute positively to the P&L according to the budget plan.

Enforce adherence to global defined sales methodology and oversee CRM activities.
Qualifications

Ideally, a technical university degree complemented with a business administration or management degree with a high affinity to sales pipeline management and methodology.

Extensive experience in sales, especially field sales and operative sales, KPI driven, with a strong technical background, ideally in the area of intralogistics or automation.

Extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, stabilizing changing environments and steering sales performance.

Could prove a success story in sales results and change management abilities with a hands-on mentality to "get the job done".

Profound abilities in CRM such as Salesforce, Office365, and SAP 4 Hana preferred.

High command of English and German and communication skills on all hierarchy levels.
