[Hiring] Director of Sales @Ant-Tech

Role Description

We're hiring an experienced Director of Sales to drive new business growth for a leading staffing solutions provider. This is a 100% remote, individual contributor role for a proven sales hunter with a strong network in the U.S. staffing industry.

• Generate new business with enterprise and mid-market clients across the U.S.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional staffing sales experience (IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or similar).
• Proven track record of winning new enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Strong network within the staffing and talent acquisition ecosystem.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willing to travel 2–3 times per year.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $95,000 to $125,000, based on experience and demonstrated sales performance.
• Uncapped commission potential.
• Candidates with exceptional industry relationships and a proven production history may be considered at compensation levels appropriate to their experience.
