Role Description

We're looking for an ambitious Director of Admissions to help us continue on our path to growing by 400% in the next 6 months by building a winning sales culture and optimizing the admissions process.

Work directly with a founding team of Ivy League graduates, including the former manager of a $3 billion quant strategy with a track record that speaks for itself. We partner with some of the largest, most prestigious hedge funds in the world.

Prospective students find us through our ads and book a call with an admissions advisor. The advisor learns their background and goals, decides if the program fits, and enrolls them if it does.

You will own enrollments and lead the admissions team. Responsibilities include:

• Own monthly enrollments, revenue, show rate, and lead-to-enrollment conversion.
• Recruit, interview, and hire admissions advisors; keep a pipeline of candidates ready.
• Build onboarding and training that gets a new advisor to target fast.
• Review call recordings every day and coach advisors one-on-one.
• Run daily team meetings and weekly performance reviews.
• Build and improve the admissions process from first call to enrollment, including scripts, follow-up, and financing conversations.
• Reduce no-shows and speed up follow-up with leads who have not decided.
• Keep the CRM (Close) clean so the numbers can be trusted.
• Set targets, scorecards, and incentive plans; manage out advisors who do not perform.
• Ensure advisors enroll students who are a real fit and describe the program honestly.
• Report to the CEO each week on results and what you are changing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading an admissions, enrollment, or sales team at a bootcamp, career school, or online education company.
• Experience scaling a team, for example from 5 advisors to 15 or more, with demonstrable enrollment numbers before and after.
• Experience recruiting and hiring advisors in volume.
• Experience building a training and onboarding program from scratch.
• Proven ability to raise a team's conversion rate with clear explanations.
• Previous experience as a top-performing advisor or rep before management.
• Experience selling programs priced in the thousands of dollars, with payment plans or financing.
• Ability to coach from call recordings and data.
• Strong CRM skills and comfort with funnel reporting; Close experience is a plus.
• Experience managing a remote team.

Requirements

• Base salary of $100,000–$130,000, plus uncapped performance bonuses tied to enrollments.
• Direct reporting to the CEO with eventual full authority over hiring, training, and process.
