Role Description

As a New Business Director at PJX Media, you drive growth by prospecting and closing partnerships with top agencies and direct brands. At PJX, New Business Directors take a consultative approach to understanding client challenges and positioning our innovative out-of-home solutions as reliable, long-term strategies. • Drive New Business & Partnerships: Prospect, pitch, and close new client relationships while building long-term strategic agency and brand partnerships.
• Consultative Selling & Tech Demonstration: Lead discovery conversations to solve client needs using PJX's OOH planning tools, audience insights, measurement capabilities, and programmatic solutions.
• Focused Pipeline Management: Hone your sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to closing—while leveraging internal planning, buying, and operations teams to build a sustainable book of business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OOH media, advertising, or related business development roles.
• A proven track record of generating new opportunities paired with a strategic mindset to connect media solutions to broader marketing objectives.
• Established relationships with independent advertising agencies, challenger-level brands, and marketing decision-makers.
• A hunter mentality with the desire, energy, and confidence to prospect, open doors, and create opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management skills to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
• Familiarity with out-of-home (OOH) media formats, audience targeting, attribution, and media measurement is a plus.
