Role Description
As a core member of the Cisco Capital Global Sales leadership team, you will own the business development and integration strategy for Software, Services, and Customer Experience (CX) on a global scale. You will be responsible for driving significant growth and scale, balancing Ciscoβs enablement, profitability, and risk management within a complex matrix organization.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Your Impact

Design and present financing sales strategies that accelerate growth in Software, Services, and CX.

Oversee annual financing volumes exceeding $4B, focusing on scaling opportunities across all segments (Enterprise, Service Provider, Commercial, Public Sector) and geographies (US, Canada, and Latin America).

Leverage sales data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Provide input to Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations (OMO) workstreams to drive product adoption and business improvements.

Influence and integrate with Cisco Sales SVPs and VPs, operating effectively as a key contributor to the Cisco Management Team.

Create and maintain executive-level relationships (CXO level) with internal business partners and external channel partners to maximize impact.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on critical GTM projects and coordinate with Cisco Capital activities to support business functions.

Define, recruit, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of development experts.

Lead and develop a diverse team of sales professionals and managers, ensuring clear communication of the company vision, GTM strategy, and execution plans.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience, ideally at the director level or above, with executive acumen to support strategic engagements.

Significant experience in financial leadership and strategic business management.

Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into scalable business strategies.

Ability to perform international travel as required by the business.
