Role Description

We are seeking a goal-oriented and dedicated Diabetes Solution Manager to strengthen our team and cover areas in Eastern Norway (Østlandet). As Diabetes Solution Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and selling our innovative diabetes solutions to healthcare professionals and pharmacies. We are looking for a structured, relationship-building salesperson who wants to deliver high value in a challenging and rewarding market.

• Territory Responsibility: Direct sales and revenue responsibility for defined areas in Eastern Norway and a remote territory.
• Customer Focus: Sales and training for our blood glucose meters and the new CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) segment targeting hospitals and pharmacies.
• Activity: Extensive travel and customer visits to ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strategy: Structured planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget targets.

Qualifications

• Sales-Oriented: Documented strong sales profile with an unwavering drive to deliver results.
• Structured: Ability to work independently and efficiently organize a busy travel schedule.
• Curious and Fearless: Proactive, takes initiative, and comfortable putting yourself out there when meeting new customers and challenges.
• Mobility: Must thrive with extensive travel throughout the territory.
• Education: A healthcare background is a plus.
