Role Description

If you're great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree or experience required, we will provide complete training.

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation structure ranging from 16% to 19% based on results.
• Designers earn approximately $540 per completed appointment.
• Designers doing 10 appointments per month earn roughly $5,000/month.

• Top performers pacing at 30 appointments per month can earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually.

Training

• Designers complete a 30-day certification path before working independently.
