Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Czech Speaking B2B Sales Expert specializing in Online Media to join our team in Poland. This role is perfect for sales professionals fluent in Czech who are passionate about digital media and B2B sales. You will be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships with clients and promoting our online media solutions.

• Identify and engage with prospective B2B clients in the Czech market for online media products and services.
• Present and demonstrate the value of our media solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized proposals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Czech (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within online media, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
• Willingness to work in Poland and adapt to the local business environment.
