What will you do?

• Develop Customer‑Centric Strategies to Optimize Sales and Profitability:
  • Apply advanced analysis to identify customer needs and develop actionable strategies.
  • Evaluate customer segments, buying behaviors, and market shifts to guide planning tactics.
  • Influence assortment, promotion, and investment outcomes.
• Lead and Contribute to High‑Impact Projects Across the Division:
  • Lead and deliver major portions of projects, ensuring recommendations reflect deep subject matter expertise.
  • Evaluate complex trade‑offs, identify risks, and ensure outputs align with planning standards.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to Stakeholders:
  • Provide specialized guidance to leaders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management.
  • Explain complex insights and influence adoption of recommended strategies.
  • Ensure customer‑driven decisions support cross‑functional alignment.
• Analyze Complex Customer Planning Issues Across Multiple Areas:
  • Conduct advanced analysis using multiple data sources, scenarios, and performance variables.
  • Identify root causes, evaluate dependencies, and develop solutions that support scalable improvements.
  • Help resolve cross‑team planning gaps.
• Influence Planning Decisions Through Strategic Communication:
  • Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders to shape planning outcomes.
  • Explain risks, policies, and assumptions clearly to drive alignment.
  • Ensure planning decisions support organizational goals.

Requirements

• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $96,240 to $120,300 per year.
• The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
