Role Description

TBO.COM, an internationally award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking an experienced Country Manager based in Ukraine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local travel agents and a solid understanding of the online travel business. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and overall business performance. The role will lead and coordinate an established regional team, ensuring strong collaboration, operational excellence, and the achievement of ambitious commercial objectives across all four markets.

• Develop strong commercial and personal relationships between the customers at all levels of business to win new opportunities and achieve targets.
• Conduct market research, provide indoor & outdoor customer support, product training, and establish new business opportunities from A-Z.
• Identify, negotiate, and partner with potential partners.
• Work closely with internal teams at headquarters to maximize business opportunities.
• Renew business opportunities and share knowledge across the organization.
• Navigate customer's needs within the organization to maximize daily productivity.
• Regular reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Very ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent business communication skills and full independence.
• Strong experience in Business to Business negotiations and sales management.
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local travel industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
• Ability to travel on duty trips regularly; driving license required.
• Previous background in the travel industry is a must! (Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position).
• Working proficiency in English.
