[Hiring] Commercial Account Manager @Fyorin

Role Description

As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of existing customers and be responsible for growing the revenue they generate, by helping them get more value from Fyorin and expanding their use of our products. You'll also play a part in bringing new clients on board. This role sits within our commercial team, reports directly to the CEO & Co-founder, and is central to our revenue growth.

• Own and grow revenue across your portfolio of customers, with clear targets for upsell, cross-sell and account expansion.
• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding each customer's business, payment flows and growth plans, and present the right products, features and pricing tiers.
• Build and manage an expansion pipeline, forecasting accurately and closing deals.
• Spot accounts that aren't fully using the platform and turn them into higher-value customers.
• Identify customers at risk of churning and turn them around.
• Manage customer onboarding so new clients get value quickly and are set up for future growth.
• Act as the main commercial point of contact for your customers, building strong, trusted relationships with finance leaders and decision-makers.
• Generate new business through referrals, introductions from existing customers and targeted outreach, and take new prospects from first conversation to signed contract.
• Turn happy customers into product ambassadors who refer others to Fyorin.
• Be the voice of the customer internally, bringing real insights to the product and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a B2B commercial role such as account management, sales or customer success, with responsibility for revenue.
• A proven track record of upselling or expanding existing accounts and hitting targets.
• Experience in a fast-moving tech company, ideally in fintech, payments or financial services.
• Confidence in having commercial conversations, negotiating and closing deals.
• A hunter mindset: you're comfortable reaching out to new prospects and opening doors.
• Intellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset; you use data to find opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the empathy to create win-win outcomes.
• The ability to ruthlessly prioritise and manage your time across a busy portfolio.
• An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A self-starter and fast learner with a scale-up spirit.
• Nice to have: experience with a CRM such as Zoho.
