Role Description

The Client Outreach Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective home buyers. The role involves connecting with leads, understanding their needs, presenting suitable real estate options, and converting enquiries into successful site visits for the sales team. This position plays a critical role in creating a strong customer experience and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads from portals, campaigns, referrals, and digital sources
• Engage customers with clear, accurate information about real estate projects
• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and buying intent
• Recommend the best-fit property options from Celeste Abode’s portfolio
• Build trust and maintain a consultative communication approach
• Convert enquiries into confirmed site visits
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain CRM data with timely updates and follow-ups
• Share customer insights with management to support marketing & sales strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport
• Basic understanding of real estate projects, locations, and buying process
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & email communication
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
