[Hiring] Client Coordinator & Sales Assistant @Global Team

Role Description

We are looking for an organized, personable, proactive, and sales-oriented Sales Assistant to join GlobalTeam and work directly with our client across three fitness studio locations. In this role, you will support sales and client communication operations by:

• Managing inbound calls and text messages.
• Scheduling appointments and organizing leads in the CRM.
• Following up with prospective and former clients.

A major focus of the position is speed to lead, lead nurturing, and consistent follow-up. You will:

• Contact new prospects promptly.
• Maintain communication with leads already in the pipeline.
• Conduct structured re-engagement outreach to former clients and prospects who have not yet visited the studios.

This is a relationship-driven sales support position rather than a traditional hard-closing role. The goal is to build rapport, explain the studios' services, and encourage prospects to schedule free introductory sessions. You will also work alongside an AI-powered lead follow-up system, stepping in when prospects respond or when conversations require a personalized human approach. Additionally, you will provide administrative support with recruiting and onboarding activities for new coaches and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Experience managing high-volume prospect databases, nurturing leads, and converting interest into appointments.
• Familiarity with scheduling and membership management platforms.
• Comfort working with AI-powered lead follow-up systems and CRM automation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented approach to sales follow-up.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet remote workspace, and professional call-ready equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, franchise, or membership-based industries.
• Experience with customer retention, inactive client re-engagement, or lead conversion campaigns.
• Experience supporting multiple business locations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and AI-assisted sales tools.
• Experience assisting with recruiting, candidate screening, or employee onboarding.
