Role Description

We are seeking a Remote Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our travel business by connecting with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and guiding them into the travel-planning process. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-driven professional who enjoys starting conversations, understanding people's travel goals, and turning interest into booked opportunities.

You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, introduce our travel services, qualify their needs, and do consultations. You will also nurture leads through follow-up, maintain accurate records, and build a strong pipeline of future travelers.

• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through phone, email, social media, referrals, and online channels.
• Generate and qualify new leads interested in cruises, resorts, vacation packages, group travel, and destination experiences.
• Conduct introductory conversations to understand each prospect's travel interests, budget, dates, group size, and special requirements.
• Educate prospective clients on available travel services, destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and planning options.
• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.
• Build relationships with potential clients through warm, professional, and personalized communication.
• Maintain accurate lead records, notes, follow-up dates, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a smooth journey from client qualification to booking.
• Support marketing campaigns, referral programs, community outreach, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Track lead sources, conversion rates, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach, messaging, and client acquisition strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle client information with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, hospitality, travel, or a comparable client-facing role is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional tone.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs quickly.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people by phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, conversations, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email tools, social media, spreadsheets, and client communication software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including email, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace.
• Interest in travel, luxury travel, cruises, resorts, and destination planning.
