Role Description
WANTED: A Salesperson With a Servant's Heart Who Picks Up the Phone Before Anyone Tells Them To
Most salespeople fall into one of two camps:
-
The first camp can close, but clients feel like a number the minute the ink dries.
-
The second camp is lovely to talk to, but they won't ask for the business, and they let the phone sit there like it bites.
We want the rare person in the middle: someone who serves first, sells because they care, and dials without a second thought.
Here's why. Over the years, thousands of business owners, investors, and families have trusted Wealth Without Wall Street to help them build wealth outside the stock market. We do it with Infinite Banking (whole life insurance built for cash flow) and passive income education.
Your job is to call existing clients and past prospects, serve them, and grow the relationship into new business. You'll:
-
Pick up the phone. A lot. Your day revolves around real conversations, not emails you hope get answered.
-
Re-engage clients who haven't heard from us in a while, and past prospects who didn't finish the process.
-
Run policy reviews, answer questions about policy loans and PUAs, and quarterback service so every client feels looked after.
-
Uncover opportunities (new capital, a business sale, a growing family) and ask for the next step. Then book the client with one of our IBC strategists.
-
Ask every happy client for referrals, and follow up until they turn into conversations.
-
Introduce clients to our Passive Income Lab when it fits.
-
Spot clients drifting away and get on the phone before they leave.
-
Log every call and next step in HubSpot, and own your weekly numbers: contacts, opportunities, referrals, cases.
Who should NOT apply:
-
Don't apply if you'd rather send a text than make a call.
-
Skip this if asking for a referral makes you squirm.
-
If you see clients as commissions with names attached, this isn't your seat. Our clients can tell, and so can we.
Who you are:
-
A servant first. You genuinely want your clients to win, and it shows in how you listen.
-
Phone-fearless. You'd rather have 50 real conversations than send 500 emails.
-
Not afraid to ask. You ask for the meeting, the next step, and the referral, because you believe in what you're offering.
-
Relentless on follow-up. Nobody has to remind you, and nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Motivated by results. You like knowing your numbers and you like beating them.
Qualifications
-
2+ years in sales, account management, or client relationships, ideally in insurance, financial services, or wealth management.
-
A track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy (bring examples).
-
Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
-
CRM discipline (HubSpot a plus).
-
Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 60 days.
-
Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus. If you don't have it, we'll teach you.
Requirements
-
You need to follow the application form below to a T; miss something and you are not going to be considered.
-
Along with your rΓ©sumΓ©, we are going to ask for a short video talking about yourself, your sales background, your client services background, and about a time you served a client so well that it turned into more business or a referral.
-
Bonus points in your video if you start it out with the words "Serve First" in the first line.
-
Finalists will do a short Culture Index survey and a live role-play call.
Benefits
-
$40,000 - $50,000 base salary, so you have stability while you build.
-
Uncapped commission on every new case and referral you generate [8% of each case you originate, plus referral/Lab bonus].
-
Warm conversations, not cold strangers. Every name in your book already knows who we are.
-
Our strategists handle the technical close, so you can focus on the relationship and the ask.
-
Paid licensing [if applicable] and full training on Infinite Banking, our service process, and HubSpot.
-
A team that's growing fast, with a mission worth selling: helping families build wealth outside Wall Street.
-
Remote work.
