Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join a fantastic travel business, on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.

• This high‑impact role focuses on identifying, securing and growing charter and incentive business across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and selected international markets.
• You will drive new commercial opportunities, negotiate profitable charter agreements and build long‑term partnerships across the corporate, MICE, travel trade and luxury sectors.
• The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter with a proven track record of winning high‑value business and managing complex commercial relationships.
• You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across international teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• With regular international travel of up to 50%, this role offers the chance to represent the brand at industry events, develop multi‑year strategic partnerships and play a key part in driving sustainable revenue growth across a global charter portfolio.
