Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our various sales channels within the banking industry. This role is crucial for enhancing our market presence and ensuring strong partnerships with channel partners, making it essential for the success of our business.

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs for channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Manage channel partner contracts and agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or related field within the banking industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing sales channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
