We're looking for four elite Chapter Directors per location who know how to open doors at the top — CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives — and close them. This isn't a traditional sales role. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity built for relationship-driven professionals who can engage at the highest levels of business leadership and convert those conversations into recurring wealth.

As a Chapter Director, you'll join an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod driving growth in your market. Your primary mission: identify, engage, and enroll CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives into the CEO Life community.

You'll leverage our brand, systems, and national momentum to build a recurring income stream — fueled entirely by your ability to connect with and sell to the decision-makers at the top of every organization.

What You'll Build

• Your Revenue Streams:
  • Membership enrollment commissions
  • Performance bonuses
  • Event sponsorships

Your Responsibilities

• Establishing relationships with CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives within your industry niche
• Leverage CEO Life's proven LinkedIn automation and outreach systems to target executive-level decision-makers
• Enroll 3–5+ new members monthly — every one of them a top-tier executive (top performers average 7+)
• Host and drive attendance at monthly signature events designed exclusively for executive leaders
• Collaborate with your Executive Leadership Pod to deliver exceptional peer-level member experiences
• Build long-term wealth through the recurring commissions generated by the leaders you bring in

Qualifications

• A proven closer with a track record of selling to — not just alongside — CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives
• Deeply networked within your industry at the executive level
• Entrepreneurially minded, motivated by unlimited earning potential
• Skilled at building authentic peer-level relationships with the most influential leaders in any room
• Comfortable operating independently while contributing to a high-performance team

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
• The credibility and presence to engage C-suite decision-makers as a peer
• High emotional intelligence and natural relationship-building ability at the top of the org chart
• The drive to build a six-figure income by converting executive relationships into membership enrollments
• A professional presence that commands respect among Founders, CEOs, and senior leaders
