Role Description
We are searching for the best talent for a CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Lead (CTEL) based in the Pacific Northwest portion of the United States covering Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Hawaii. This is a field-based role available in all states within the Pacific Northwest area.
The CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Lead is a member of the account management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Lead. The role will serve as the primary field-based point of contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI® Treatment Centers.

Work closely with treatment center stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies.

Facilitate successful CARVYKTI® product utilization by advising on order management, operations, and logistics.

Drive growth at the site through promotional message delivery and coordination of activities related to site capacity expansion.

Be the face of Johnson & Johnson Oncology CAR-T utilization to these sites.
A Day in the Life:
-
Single point of contact for all items related to operations for CARVYKTI® programs.
-
Advance success with CARVYKTI® therapy by triaging logistics and issue resolution.

Advise on opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Work closely with a matrix team consisting of sales, order specialists, medical, field reimbursement, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Successful site management.

Serve as a lateral leader for operational account management.

Drive CARVYKTI growth by conveying clinical efficacy and safety information.

Provide expert guidance on CAR-T operations and logistics.

Align cross-functional partners for the best outcomes for patients and customers.

Facilitate education engagements to improve CAR-T operations and logistics.
-
Proactively advise treatment facilities on opportunities to improve utilization and efficiency.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the healthcare industry is required.

Experience in at least one of the following areas is required:
-
5 years + demonstrated success in Field Sales/Sales Leadership experience.

Field-based Large Account Management (KAM/KAS experience).
-
Program administration including Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, CAR-T, Infusion Site, or Cell & Gene therapy Treatment Center/Site of Care Certification and Activation.

RN license or Advanced Practice degree (Nurse Practitioner/PA/PharmD/MSN).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Skilled in overseeing, monitoring, and managing complex projects.

Ability to effectively work in a team environment.

Resourceful in resolving problems for customers.

Demonstrates excellent case management skills.

Flexible in adjusting priorities due to changing circumstances.

Candidate should live within 1.5 hours of a major metro airport within the stated geography.
