Role Description

CareerElephant is seeking motivated individuals to join as Freelance Campus Ambassadors. This role is ideal for go-getters who want to earn while promoting Career Elephant’s services, including career coaching, job placement, upskilling programs, and recruitment solutions. You’ll engage potential leads, drive awareness across campuses and online networks, and gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, negotiation, and client handling. This is a fully flexible, freelance-based role—work at your own pace and earn commission on every successful deal.

• Dedicate 6 hours daily to sales and follow-up activities
• Call and email potential clients from our provided lead list
• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
• Sell services including Upskilling Programs, career coaching, job placement, and recruitment solutions
• Partner services such as AI tools, software, Digital marketing services & ORM
• Attend physical & virtual meetings with prospects and the sales team
• Follow up consistently until the deal is closed
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM/tools
• Promote CareerElephant’s brand and its partner's brand across campuses and social networks
• Identify and generate potential leads from your network
• Share promotional materials and engage with prospects to create awareness
• Act as a liaison between your network and our team to share feedback
• Assist in planning and executing small campaigns or virtual events

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Active on social media or campus networks
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or ambassador roles is a plus but not required

Requirements

• 15%–20% commission per closed deal (no cap on earnings)
• 50 to 100 pounds per sale (TCA)
• Warm, pre-qualified leads provided
• Comprehensive product and sales training before you start
• Flexible, remote work environment
• Potential for a full-time role after freelance period based on performance
