Role Description

Lead a remote call center sales team helping clients navigate service animal and emotional support animal programs. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth while providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to our sales team. The right candidate for this role must have outbound sales team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to sales representatives
• Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and develop effective sales strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of call center outbound sales leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Background in insurance, healthcare, travel, or timeshare sales preferred
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Open availability required across the full hours of operation: Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
