Role Description
We’re helping a UK-based performance marketing consultancy find a Business Development Representative to help build a steady pipeline of qualified client opportunities. This is a growth-focused role working directly with the founder, with strong earning potential through commissions for landed clients.
This is a client-facing outbound sales role focused on identifying prospects, starting conversations, nurturing opportunities, and booking qualified meetings. We’re looking for someone with:

This is not a script-reading role. You’ll need to build rapport, ask good questions, handle objections, and manage follow-ups with ownership.
Qualifications

Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales (at least 3 years)

Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style

Strong cold calling skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers

Ability to build rapport quickly and hold natural business conversations

Strong written English for LinkedIn and email outreach

Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally

Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline organization

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Requirements

Commitment: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Base Pay: USD $560–800/month

Uncapped Commission: Earn £1,000–2,000 for every new client successfully signed by the company from opportunities you generate
