Role Description

As a business development and sales support advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You drive results by reviewing information requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

• Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention.
• Advise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction.
• Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups.
• Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations.
• Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written.
• Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Drive results, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning.
