Weβre looking for an ambitious, self-starting Business Development Sales Executive to join our LegalTech sales team at OpenText. This is a quota-carrying role, ideal for a seasoned Sales Development Representative looking to step up, or an emerging Account Executive keen to accelerate their career.

Focus on selling OpenTextβs market-leading eDiscovery and LegalTech solutions into enterprise, law firm, and public sector accounts.

Generate your own leads and develop new business opportunities.

Actively support the wider LegalTech regional sales team.

Build a strong network of prospective clients and promote our solution in the market.

Develop nurture campaigns to penetrate and drive strategic account development.

Help legal and compliance teams discover smarter ways to manage risk, respond to litigation, and modernise their operations.
Qualifications

Experience in inside sales or business development, ideally in software or SaaS.

Knowledge of LegalTech or eDiscovery solutions.

Confidence working independently and owning a personal sales quota.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

The ability to balance high activity levels with strategic thinking.

Identifying and engaging decision-makers within enterprise, legal, and public sector accounts alongside the existing AE/account owner.

Building and growing new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones.

Developing your own pipeline and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Collaborating with the regional LegalTech sales team and partner ecosystem to pursue larger opportunities.
