Role Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Sales Consultant is a key member of the commercial and technical interface, responsible for supporting the Business Central capability throughout the sales cycle. This role works closely with the Lead Consultant and their delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, achievable, and aligned with customer requirements.

• Acting as a trusted advisor
• Providing deep product knowledge
• Designing tailored solutions
• Delivering compelling demonstrations to help win new engagements and drive growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, configuration, and integration
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical delivery teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules or related technologies
• Experience working within an MSP or consulting environment
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
