The RM Virtual position manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment. The role involves significant outbound calling, identifying business needs, and driving new opportunities within assigned relationships. Success requires the ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment, leverage technology quickly, and stay highly organized given the volume and pace.

  • Comfortable working with large sets of metrics, maintaining accountability, and operating in a monitored environment.
  • Books of business are typically on one time zone but may not be territory-concentrated.
  • Analyzing business tax returns and structuring small business loans are a plus.
  • Remote role with some annual travel expectations for team meetings.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

The Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager is a regionally located, centrally focused sales position working within multiple markets. This individual utilizes strong virtual communication skills in lieu of in-person meetings to manage existing clients.

  • Responsible for growing share of wallet with existing clients.
  • Identifies customer needs to help them succeed financially by presenting the full range of PNC's products and services.
  • Provides ideas and insights based on understanding of the client’s needs and their financial well-being.
  • Remotely develops and manages clients across multiple markets.
  • Coordinates the implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
  • Leverages knowledge of the industry and market to prioritize efforts.
  • Manages the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Virtual RM team to share best practices and opportunities.
  • Utilizes technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels of communication.
  • Effectively manages risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile.
  • Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.

Requirements

  • Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00
  • Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
  • This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
