Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) SDR
• Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month
• Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week
• Time Zone: PDT Business Hours

Qualifications

• Passion/previous experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or related industries
• Experience as an SDR, appointment setter, treatment coordinator, or patient coordinator
• Familiarity with Go High Level
• Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, body confidence, or cosmetic procedures
• Experience working in high-volume lead environments
• Comfortable speaking with prospective cosmetic surgery patients
• Experience using CRM systems
• Availability to work weekends
• Willing to record a Spanish introduction video during the screening process

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker
• Female candidate strongly preferred
• Strong phone sales communication skills

Industry/Tools Experience

• Go High Level (GHL) CRM
• AI call recording and summarization tools
• Telephone and appointment scheduling systems
