Embark is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team with the primary goal of booking quality firm appointments. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and booking appointments for internal Sales Representatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to existing and potential Embark clients using a company‑provided script.
• Identifying potential clients and tailoring your approach to meet their needs and preferences in both languages (English and French).
• Introducing the company and explaining its services to the potential client.
• Qualifying potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for the services offered.
• Scheduling appointments based on client and sales team availability.
• Confirming appointments with potential clients and providing necessary information.
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and appointments scheduled using the company's CRM and other tools.
• Meeting daily or weekly appointment booking targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and confident manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets.
• Experience using CRM platforms and other sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High energy and confidence.

• Fluency in French and English.
